Cookie policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

This policy lists the cookies and similar technologies used on grunda.ai, what each one is for, and how to control them. It supplements our privacy policy. The Grunda application at app.grunda.ai runs no marketing or analytics cookies at all — only the strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in.

Your choice comes first

If you visit from the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, no marketing or analytics cookies are set until you accept them in the consent banner. If you decline, your visit is measured anonymously without cookies or identifiers. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change it at any time:

Strictly necessary

  • Consent state — a value in your browser's local storage that remembers whether you accepted or declined. Kept until you clear it or change your choice.
  • Session cookies (app only) — authentication cookies for signed-in users of app.grunda.ai. Set only when you log in; expire with your session.

Analytics and marketing (consent required)

These run on the marketing site only, and only after you accept:

  • Google Tag Manager — loads the tools below. Sets no cookies itself.
  • Google Analytics 4 (cookies such as _ga, _ga_*; up to 14 months) — measures visits, pages, and conversions. Without consent it receives only anonymous, cookieless signals.
  • Google Ads (cookies such as _gcl_au; up to 90 days) — measures whether our ads lead to enquiries and, with consent, supports remarketing.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (cookies such as li_sugr, bcookie; up to 6 months) — measures LinkedIn campaigns and supports remarketing. Runs only with consent.
  • HubSpot (cookies such as hubspotutk, __hstc; up to 6 months) — with consent, connects your page views to your contact record when you submit a form. Form submissions themselves go to HubSpot regardless of consent, since that is how we receive and answer your enquiry.

Browser controls

All major browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the app from keeping you signed in; blocking the consent-gated ones has no effect on functionality — the site works fully without them.
