What counts as a record?
Every object mirrored from your connected systems — companies, contacts, and deals combined. We bill on the highest count during the month, so a mid-month cleanup that removes duplicates lowers next month’s bill, not this one’s.
What consumes credits?
Only operations that call external providers or AI models: enrichment lookups and AI-assisted analysis. Syncing, detecting, merging, and reading through the governed API never cost credits.
What happens when included credits run out?
Nothing breaks. Enrichment and AI operations continue at your plan’s on-demand rate, billed monthly in arrears. You can set a hard monthly cap in Settings if you’d rather pause than pay overage.
What if I grow past my record tier?
You keep syncing — we never cut off your mirror. We’ll flag it in the app; you can either add capacity in 10,000-record increments ($40/mo each on Growth) or move up a plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
Included monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Enterprise committed pools are drawn down over the contract term instead, so nothing is lost to a quiet month.
Is there annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get two months free on Starter and Growth. Enterprise agreements are annual by default.
Will Grunda write to my CRM without asking?
No. Every write is proposed as a finding, reviewed in the approval queue, and executed only after a human approves it — or after you’ve explicitly promoted that fix to a standing rule.
Can we run Grunda in our own cloud?
Yes. Enterprise plans can self-host the entire backend with Docker, or stay on our cloud while the CRM mirror lives in your own Postgres in your own region.
